However, a decade ago very few brokers were supporting the efforts of the "do it yourselfer". Only one broker was offering a discount commissions package to their customers... The Homestop of Colorado®. In 1996 we were the pioneers, and to date, we're nearly a billion dollars in listed and sold properties. We have become the premiere discount listing brokerage along the Front Range of Colorado.

Truly, The Homestop® is "Helping you help yourself!" With your hard work, and our help, you can successfully buy and sell your properties and save $$ thousands. As Brokers, we advertise your property on the Multiple Listing Service otherwise known as the MLS.

Centralized Showing Service will schedule showings directly with the brokers, perform security checks, allow you to choose how to be notified, solicit feedback from the showing agents, and provide you with showing and feedback reports at www.Showings.com. Like any "conventional" full service listing, Buyer agents are offered a competitive coop commission (typically 2.8 to 3.0%) via the MLS to show and sell your property to their prospective buyer.

The Homestop® charges a $99/month listing fee for a single MLS (METRO, IRES, or PPAR) or $129/month for two MLS listings. There is a one-time $50 set-up fee in the 1st month to cover photo uploads and Internet advertising including REALTOR.com, REcolorado.com (Denver area METRO MLS), COLOproperty.com (Boulder & Northern IRES MLS), PPAR.com (CO. Springs MLS), the Colorado Cooperative MLS, and many others. This set-up fee allows the Seller to provide up to (12) photos for their MLS listing and Internet ads. For an additional $1000 The Homestop of Colorado® provides contract negotiating and closing assistance under an optional limited service package.
